Rates & Availability
2025/2026 Nightly Rates:
Low Season (April 16- December 14):
- 5 bedrooms US $2,450
- 6 bedrooms US $3,150
High Season (December 15-April 15):
- 5 bedrooms US $3,150
- 6 bedrooms US $3,850
Minimum stay:
- 4 nights, extended to 5 nights during holiday periods (Easter, Thanksgiving), while Christmas/New Years is $35,000/week.
- 3 nights available upon request for low season only.
Additional Terms:
A refundable security deposit is required upon booking.
Staff gratuities are customary and range between 10% and 15% of the rental fee depending on the season.
Guests over 16 persons available for additional fee.
