Rates & Availability
Nightly Rates:
Low Season (April 16- December 14):
- 3 bedroom: US $1,500
- 4 bedroom: US $1,700
High Season (December 15-April 15):
- 3 bedroom: US $2,000
- 4 bedroom: US $2,300
Minimum stay:
- 4 nights, extended to 5 nights during holiday periods (Easter, Thanksgiving), while Christmas/New Years is $22,000/week.
- 3 nights available upon request for low season only.
Additional Terms:
A refundable security deposit is required upon booking.
Staff gratuities are customary and range between 10% and 15% of the rental fee depending on the season.
Guests over 8 persons available for additional fee.
